“My husband and I moved to Washington from Southern California. As you can imagine, the areas in Southern California are much different than in Washington, so we were at a loss of where to live. We ultimately decided to rent while we explored more areas and got used to living in WA. In comes Yvonne. We were teamed up with her through Seattle Rental Group, which does site unseen services. Now, to tell you a little about myself. I NEED to be in control of situations, so the thought of having someone else find the place we were going to call home for the next twelve months made me quite uneasy. By the end of the process, I was telling my husband “Well, if Yvonne thinks it is okay, then I’m sure it’s fine.” All the control freaks know how big that is! haha. Yvonne is one of the nicest, kindest people you’ll ever meet. She listens to your needs (and believe me, we had PLENTY) and finds you the place that meets your needs and your budget. There’s no “hey, we need to find something so stop being so picky”. She’s there for you and wants you to be comfortable with what you are picking. If you are from out of state, which I’m assuming you are because you are using the rental company, one of the things I liked about Yvonne was I wasn’t afraid to ask her my “stupid” questions. Sure, she may laugh at little at you, but hey… it’s all in good fun! I learned more from Yvonne about the area in the times I spoke with her (which believe me, were many. She’s not one of those people you have to wait on to find out an answer to a question.) than in the times we came up for visits and thought we were doing a good job exploring the areas. I can’t wait for Yvonne to help us find a house once we know what area we want to live. I know it’s going to be a pleasure to work with her again and it’ll be a smooth process. I am quite looking forward to it. Do yourself a favor, ask for Yvonne.”
