“I met Kim Reidy when I decided to relocate from Tampa, Fl to Seattle, Wa, with absolutely no local knowledge of the city. Kim was great, she took time to talk to me, get to know where I lived in Tampa, what I liked about it, what I didn’t like about it, what I wanted in my new location, to really get a feel for what would make me happy. She picked out several different neighborhoods for me to visit and see what was a best fit. All her recommendations were within my price range and had the features i was looking for. She spent a full day driving me around Seattle, viewing apartments with me, answering my questions about the areas, giving me local tips an hints and we had FUN! She made my transition so much easier. I would highly recommend Kim.”
